I am an occupational psychologist, a member of the FSP (Swiss Federation of Psychologists), a certified professional coach, and a trainer.

I am accredited in a range of carefully selected tools, including:

• Behavioral preferences questionnaire (Insights) and drivers

• Korn Ferry Competency Model and associated tools

• 360° Feedback Assessment

• Personality assessments

• Stress and Burnout Instruments (e.g., check-up, resilience factors)

I work in both French and English.

My clients include individuals and companies—SMEs and multinationals—whom I partner with in person and/or remotely.

EXPERIENCE

With over 20 years of experience in consulting - including a role in Learning and Development within a multinational pharmaceutical company - and since founding Agilem in 2015, I have been partnering with individuals and teams to develop their capabilities and achieve lasting outcomes.

• Korn Ferry Leadership Architect: Certified in competency model and associated tools

• Coaching certification, Geneva Coaching Institute (IDC, ICF-accredited)

• Member of FSP (Swiss Federation of Psychologists) and the PSY4WORK section
