I am an occupational psychologist, a member of the FSP (Swiss Federation of Psychologists), a certified professional coach, and a trainer.

I am accredited in a range of carefully selected tools, including:

Behavioral preferences questionnaire (Insights) and drivers
Korn Ferry Competency Model and associated tools
360° Feedback Assessment
Personality assessments
Stress and Burnout Instruments (e.g., check-up, resilience factors)

I work in both French and English.

With over 20 years of experience in consultancy, including a role in Learning and Development at a multinational pharmaceutical company, followed by my freelance journey since founding Agilem in 2015, I have been dedicated to partnering with individuals and teams, helping them sow the seeds of their successes.
