As a certified coach, I take a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. I partner with my clients to help them develop personalized solutions and take actionable steps, empowering them to regain control of their situation.

My role as a coach includes:

Certified in a range of instruments that foster self-awareness and feedback – such as INSIGHTS, 360° feedback and personality or stress assessments – I integrate these approaches in a targeted and thoughtful way. Attentive to their relevance and appropriate use, I value a preliminary conversation to ensure they truly meet my clients’ needs and objectives.
