I am a passionate and dedicated Individuals and Talents’ development practitioner who delivers a range of standard and tailored programs in the fields of management and leadership, addressed to multinational companies as well as local SMEs.

Trainer, Coach & Consultant
Carine holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology and gained 10 years of experience in the field of Talent Development of a multinational group.
She is also a certified professional Coach (from IDC, a recognized ICF-accredited Institute). She is qualified in a panel of tools that she has been applying in her regular activities (INSIGHTS, Lominger competency model, 360° assessments, measures of Learning Agility, …).
If you asked her to say something personal, you may hear these words: "I grew up in a vineyard where I inherited a set of strong family values. This was fundamental to my success in the corporate world. My values are anchored in me like vines' roots in the ground.”
In 2015, she created Agilem and since then, has been committed to deliver professional coaching and a range of tailored programmes in the fields of Management and Leadership Development.
